Location: Must be based in Milwaukee, WI. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work at Milwaukee Public Schools sites four days a week and remote work one day a week.

Salary: $65,972 – $85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver engaging, fee-based professional development presentations for educators and administrators.
• Act as an embedded strategic partner to assigned school districts to ensure successful program implementation.
• Develop and execute professional learning plans throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales and Customer Service to support district needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records, training requests, and session summaries.
• Model instructional best practices and facilitate professional learning communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience with blended or online learning.
• Current teaching certification or prior teaching experience is required.
• Experience with core curriculum Math products (e.g., Imagine IM).
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record for the preceding 39 months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, and Teams.
