Salary: $290,000 - $435,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end education content strategy across all audiences and formats, including courses, tutorials, video, and interactive experiences.
• Define and maintain a high quality bar for scaled education, ensuring content empowers users to use AI intentionally.
• Design and operate the content production system, managing intake, prioritization, and launch cadences in alignment with product releases.
• Develop frameworks and standards for using AI (Claude) to accelerate content drafting, review, and maintenance.
• Manage and develop a team of content strategists, audience leads, and media designers.
• Establish learning measurement metrics to iteratively improve educational content based on efficacy.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to commute to San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.
• Proven experience leading a content, curriculum, or education function at scale.
• Ability to produce learning across various formats and a strong background in technical curriculum development (ability to read code is required).
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts without oversimplifying.
• Rigorous approach to measurement grounded in learning science.
• Experience working in a high-growth technology company environment.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching advanced AI/ML topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building AI-assisted production workflows for creative or educational work.
