What you will do

• Lead instructional design portfolios from intake to measurement, focusing on business impact and customer adoption.
• Develop learning programs using GenAI, LLM-assisted content creation, and agentic workflows.
• Design modular, prompt-driven content systems to personalize assets at scale.
• Establish governance for AI-generated content, ensuring accuracy and bias mitigation.
• Mentor instructional designers on prompt engineering and responsible AI authorship.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align learning investments with business priorities.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in instructional design and adult learning theory applied at a portfolio level.
• Hands-on experience implementing GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in real workflows.
• Proven experience designing agentic workflows to automate content development.
• Strong program management skills including prioritization and risk management.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and modern authoring tools.
• Must be based in Illinois for a hybrid work arrangement.
