What you will do
- Own People Partnering relationships for assigned business groups, delivering commercially balanced people advice aligned with business priorities.
- Coach leaders on performance, employee engagement, organizational change, and team effectiveness to build high-performing teams.
- Manage complex employee relations matters across APAC, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and partnering with Legal on workplace risk.
- Support delivery of leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of People systems, policies, processes, and reporting, and manage People & Culture projects.
- Mentor and support People & Culture team members, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Brisbane, Australia, with ability to collaborate across APAC, NAM, and EMEA.
- 7–10 years experience in People Partner or Senior HR Generalist roles in fast-paced organizations.
- Strong experience managing complex employee relations and providing commercially balanced advice across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and people practices across multiple countries.
- Strong business partnering, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments preferred.
