Location: Must be based in the US; initial 8-month training is based in Fort Worth, TX, followed by required relocation to an assigned territory within the USA.
Salary: $60,000 during training, increasing to $72,000+ upon completion

What you will do
- Complete an 8-month strategic sales program featuring job-shadowing, roleplaying, and credit underwriting assessments.
- Manage dealer relationships within a geographic territory to drive sales, engagement, and brand loyalty.
- Act as a liaison between dealers and internal departments such as Credit, Funding, and Commercial Lending to resolve issues.
- Analyze dealer-specific data using reporting tools to implement strategic improvements.
- Identify and mitigate dealer risks, including portfolio issues, fraud, and agreement violations.
- Professionally represent the brand and communicate the captive value proposition.
Requirements
- Must be willing to relocate to any assigned territory within the USA after the training program.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or extensive relevant experience.
- Leadership experience in professional, academic, or community settings.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license is required for field-based travel.
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and understand responsible AI ethics and data protection.
- Weekend availability required during the initial credit underwriting onboarding phase.
