Location: Must be based in Plano, TX, USA
Compensation: $60,000 (guaranteed for 6 months) to $305,000+ (performance-based)

What you will do
- Present and communicate company products and services to management at Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
- Identify, contact, and onboard new sales prospects to expand the dealer network.
- Manage and grow a dedicated dealer base to increase funded deals.
- Conduct training for dealer partners on current programs and funding requirements via phone, email, and video meetings.
- Provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans to ensure profitable approvals.
- Follow up on CRM-generated leads and referrals to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in Plano, TX.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales role.
- Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
- Effective presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
