What you will do
- Own end-to-end program design and operational strategy for new care model implementations.
- Design operationally sound care models by understanding member populations and strategic priorities.
- Manage operational implementation in real-time, diagnosing bottlenecks and driving solutions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across clinical operations, product, technology, and finance.
- Serve as a primary internal point of contact for strategic client partners including health systems and Medicare Advantage plans.
- Develop operational frameworks, playbooks, and success metrics to ensure program accountability.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of healthcare experience, with at least 4 years in clinical operations or care delivery.
- 2–3 years of experience in strategic operations, clinical innovation, or internal consulting.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
- Demonstrated track record of working directly with clinical teams and physicians.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose problems and form hypotheses.
- Startup experience or mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage matrix dynamics.
Nice to have
- Direct experience in digital health, virtual care, or telehealth.
- Background in value-based care or accountable care organizations.
- Experience working with Medicare Advantage plans or integrated delivery networks.
- Master's degree in health administration, public health, or business administration.
