What you will do

• Partner with Workforce Management and Operations to transform forecasts and staffing availability into smart deployment decisions.
• Own the staff augmentation strategy and execute vendor-supported operations to maximize value.
• Establish metrics, scorecards, and governance routines to improve vendor quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring alignment across Recruiting, Training, and Data teams.
• Build playbooks, SOPs, and prioritization frameworks to standardize capacity deployment.
• Create a central source of truth for demand, flex movements, and vendor risk.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, workforce management, vendor management, or program management.
• Background in a customer-focused or healthcare environment.
• Proven track record of building operating models, governance routines, and performance dashboards from scratch.
• Strong operational judgment in translating forecasts and service levels into practical decisions.
• Exceptional systems thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with contact center operations or capacity planning functions.
• Direct experience managing outsourced service delivery or vendor SLA accountability.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage or healthcare operations.
