What you will do
- Partner with Workforce Management and Operations to transform forecasts and staffing availability into smart deployment decisions.
- Own the staff augmentation strategy and execute vendor-supported operations to maximize value.
- Establish metrics, scorecards, and governance routines to improve vendor quality, productivity, and attendance.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring alignment across Recruiting, Training, and Data teams.
- Build playbooks, SOPs, and prioritization frameworks to standardize capacity deployment.
- Create a central source of truth for demand, flex movements, and vendor risk.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations, workforce management, vendor management, or program management.
- Background in a customer-focused or healthcare environment.
- Proven track record of building operating models, governance routines, and performance dashboards from scratch.
- Strong operational judgment in translating forecasts and service levels into practical decisions.
- Exceptional systems thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Experience with contact center operations or capacity planning functions.
- Direct experience managing outsourced service delivery or vendor SLA accountability.
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage or healthcare operations.
