What you will do

  • Translate organizational strategy and OKRs into clear program scope, objectives, and business outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment between activity and investment priorities.
  • Manage dependencies and conflicts across the program portfolio, escalating risks where required.
  • Develop integrated plans that account for commercial adoption, migration complexity, and customer impact.
  • Define, track, and evidence business outcomes post-delivery, including revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Support investment and prioritization decisions through clear articulation of trade-offs and expected outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a commercial business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect program delivery to business strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging at the senior leadership level.
  • Experience working across product, technology, commercial, and operations functions.
  • Understanding of go-to-market (GTM) planning and organizational change management.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management, investment prioritization, and benefits realization.
