Salary: $61,200 – $113,600 / year

What you will do

• Ensure a safe and ergonomic work environment while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through established replenishment systems and cycle counting processes.
• Manage staffing requirements to meet established production goals and line rates.
• Coach and mentor team members to support career and talent development.
• Ensure adherence to standard work procedures to maintain high product quality.
• Maintain a Plan for Every Part (PFEP) for all storage locations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Delavan, WI
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related field
• Proven experience in personnel management and hands-on leadership
• Knowledge and implementation experience with Lean Manufacturing
• Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule: 1:00pm – 10:00pm
