Salary: $89,000 – $134,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead sourcing efforts for the subcontracting supply chain, including RFQ development, supplier selection, and PO management.
• Serve as the primary interface between suppliers and customers to align on requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Own demand fulfillment for subcontract requirements, optimizing for cost, schedule, and quality.
• Develop supplier relationships and use performance data/KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide tactical support on commercial and technical requirements for customer and supplier contracts.
• Identify process gaps and design improved operational workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, subcontracting, or supply chain execution, preferably in hardware or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience sourcing machined components with familiarity of machine shop operations and quality methods (e.g., multi-axis machining, CMM).
• Ability to navigate and interpret engineering data, including drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and purchasing/planning functions.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (required for ITAR compliance).

Nice to have

• Advanced experience interpreting GD&T and component profiles.
• Track record of successful NPI negotiations without prior sourcing data.
• Experience in supplier performance management using KPI-driven actions.
• Familiarity with subcontracting in aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries.
