What you will do

• Lead and supervise material handlers in receiving, storing, and shipping operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and effective use of MRP systems.
• Prioritize and enforce safety protocols, including equipment training and ergonomic practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet production schedules and on-time delivery metrics.
• Develop and execute action plans based on performance data and KPIs.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, and training plans for the department.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Associate degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in stockroom management and safety management.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice to have

• Supply chain experience in the defense industry.
• Experience with USG, DoD, or FAA contracts.
• Continuous Improvement certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Cross-functional experience with Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams.
