What you will do

• Lead and develop the team responsible for receiving, kitting, picking, and shipping for manufacturing and global shipments.
• Manage material movements in SAP and ensure inventory integrity through robust control processes.
• Prioritize workflows across production support, sales orders, and urgent service requests.
• Oversee domestic and international shipping documentation to ensure trade regulation compliance.
• Resolve material discrepancies and implement corrective actions via cycle counts and investigations.
• Promote Lean practices through 5S and oversee safety performance and EHS standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and material management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Horsham, PA.

Nice to have

• Exposure to mobile-enabled WMS.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
