Bus Mgmt (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required approximately 10% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $115,000–$158,500 annually; the posted range represents target total cash for the role.

What you will do

• Act as the interface between sales, business units, and multiple customers or regions.
• Execute division strategy for assigned accounts, including market-share goals and product strategy proposals.
• Position products according to customer specifications and technical capabilities.
• Own purchase and configuration specification responses and close hardware and process specifications for RFQs.
• Gather data, recommend product pricing, and partner with Sales to close orders.
• Qualify and coordinate demonstrations, customer visits, source inspections, evaluation milestones, forecasts, and account financial targets.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of business best practices, market competition, and product differentiation.
• Ability to solve complex problems using multiple sources of information and sound judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to support colleagues with less experience and lead small projects.
• Ability to work in Santa Clara, California, with approximately 10% travel.
