What you will do

  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly quotas and drive new account growth in the assigned territory.
  • Engage franchise dealers to identify needs and present tailored digital retailing solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within dealership organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to communicate the value proposition of the hirify.global suite.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and high customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, plan territory visits, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven track record of exceeding sales targets specifically within the Automotive industry.
  • Extensive existing network of dealership contacts within the designated territory.
  • Strong understanding of digital retailing and chat solutions in an automotive context.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for articulating complex concepts.
  • Willingness to travel 80% within the assigned region.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
