Location: Must be based in the US; role requires 2x onsite per week in Chicago, IL.
Salary: Up to $62,500 base compensation.

What you will do
- Qualify inbound inquiries to assess sales readiness before connecting prospects with sales resources.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to identify and engage decision-makers.
- Support marketing-sponsored events through pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up.
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly activity cadence plans for efficient prospecting.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to defined lead management processes and SLAs.
- Build strong relationships with aligned sales team members to nurture leads through the pipeline.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US at the time of application.
- 4-year college degree.
- 1-3 years of SaaS sales development experience, including cold outreach and lead qualification.
- Professional experience in a customer-focused, performance-driven, high-growth sales or marketing team.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365.
- Strong interpersonal, research, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience or interest in the CPG industry.
- Familiarity with Salesloft or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
