What you will do

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and creative outreach strategies.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and position the platform as an ideal solution.
• Manage and overcome objections to advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Partner closely with Marketing and Enterprise Sales teams to strategize and support sales efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of all pipeline activities and customer information in Salesforce.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, inside B2B sales, or carrier sales.
• Proven track record of managing discovery calls and converting top-of-funnel interest.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Experience in the transportation and supply chain industry is highly preferred.
