Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for the monthly S&OP cycle, analyzing demand velocity and fulfillment metrics.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost drivers and service trade-offs, recommending process improvements.
• Investigate shipping delays, customs issues, and inventory discrepancies to identify root causes.
• Build and maintain reliable data definitions and scalable analytics solutions for stakeholder self-service.
• Represent the Analytics team on cross-functional logistics initiatives and measure project impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role with demonstrated ownership of data-driven initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Sigma or Hex.
• Ability to distill complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston, MA to work on-site.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-verify participant).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern data warehouses and analytics workflows such as Snowflake and dbt.
