What you will do
- Provide strategic analytics for major cross-functional operations initiatives, specifically AI transformation efforts.
- Translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations and executive-ready narratives for leadership.
- Own the creation of an Operations-wide metrics dictionary, definitions, and recurring performance packages.
- Build metric trees to enable faster, systematic root-cause analysis when performance shifts.
- Partner with BI, Product, and Operations leaders to align on metric definitions and ensure data quality.
- Drive the reduction of manual reporting through automation and self-serve assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field (Master’s preferred).
- 2-4+ years of experience in business strategy or analytics (e.g., consulting, tech, finance).
- Strong command of data and visualization tools including SQL, Looker, and Hex.
- Demonstrated ability to move ambiguous workstreams from problem to insight and action.
- English: B2+ required
- Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by 401k, HSA, and FSA benefits).
