Salary: $106,500–$118,000

What you will do

• Provide strategic analytics for major cross-functional operations initiatives, specifically AI transformation efforts.
• Translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations and executive-ready narratives for leadership.
• Own the creation of an Operations-wide metrics dictionary, definitions, and recurring performance packages.
• Build metric trees to enable faster, systematic root-cause analysis when performance shifts.
• Partner with BI, Product, and Operations leaders to align on metric definitions and ensure data quality.
• Drive the reduction of manual reporting through automation and self-serve assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field (Master’s preferred).
• 2-4+ years of experience in business strategy or analytics (e.g., consulting, tech, finance).
• Strong command of data and visualization tools including SQL, Looker, and Hex.
• Demonstrated ability to move ambiguous workstreams from problem to insight and action.
• English: B2+ required
