TL;DR

Revenue Operations Intern (AI): Supporting the go-to-market strategy by redesigning sales pipeline processes and building smart reporting applications with an accent on AI-driven automation. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Burlington, MA for hybrid work

Salary: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Redesign sales pipeline processes using AI tools to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Build and refine smart apps and dashboards to turn CRM data into actionable insights.
  • Support sales territory coverage analysis and mapping for GTM planning.
  • Partner with leadership to translate GTM strategy into operational workflows.
  • Identify and pilot AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Clay to automate tasks.
  • Document new processes and contribute to team playbooks.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Must be local to Burlington, MA for hybrid on-site requirements.
  • Strong interest in revenue operations, GTM strategy, or sales/marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience or curiosity regarding AI tools for process automation.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Snowflake or basic Python scripting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales territory concepts.
