Location: Must be based in Mountain View, CA; Atlanta, GA; or New York, NY

What you will do

  • Define ICPs, customer segmentation, and market sizing to drive targeting and coverage.
  • Design, launch, and measure end-to-end GTM plays with clear recommendations for optimization.
  • Own the Emerging Mid-Market initiative scorecard, tracking units, revenue, and trends.
  • Build and maintain finance-reconciled forecasting and capacity models.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Data, Finance, and Marketing to ensure lead-quality alignment.
  • Prepare executive-ready narratives and drive adoption of new tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, GTM strategy, or management consulting at a SaaS/tech company.
  • Exceptional AI GTM fluency with experience running agentic AI stacks beyond basic chat.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and measuring GTM plays that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
  • Prior experience in Revenue Operations or Business Analytics.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Advanced or SMB segments.
  • Github repositories showcasing AI GTM use cases.
  • MBA degree.
