What you will do
- Own SLA performance and system availability reporting across portal and mobile environments.
- Monitor application performance and architecture health; coordinate defect and incident resolution with Engineering and communicate root causes to stakeholders.
- Run technical governance cycles, including routine maintenance, security patching, and compliance schedules.
- Manage multi-project technical release management for upgrades, infrastructure patches, and configuration changes with minimal user disruption.
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for client teams, translating roadmaps and incident updates into clear status reports and driving escalations to rapid resolution.
- Continuously improve operations by analyzing telemetry and trends, maintaining runbooks/SOPs/system documentation, and identifying optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical operations, client success, or implementation management in a healthcare IT or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-site client relationships with measurable SLA accountability.
- Proficiency with performance dashboards and scorecards; ability to interpret application performance metrics (response times, uptime, latency, submission rates).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working with Engineering, Product, and Support to drive resolution and improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical findings into executive-level summaries.
- Experience managing integration change lifecycles and coordinating software upgrades in production environments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and workflows (clinical documentation, charge capture).
- Experience working with or within large health systems.
- Background in physician-facing mobile or portal applications.
- Knowledge of HL7 and clinical data interfaces.
