Salary: $81,850 - $120,000 Annually

What you will do
- Maintain and update mission-critical background investigation applications to support DCSA processes.
- Perform requirements elicitation and analysis for Case Processing systems.
- Develop software using Natural with ADABAS and maintain JCL for batch processing.
- Implement and maintain queues and flows using IBM MQ.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to provide architecture and cyber support.
- Manage workflows using ServiceNow and track requirements within Jira.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of software programming experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance is strictly required.
- Experience with large-scale mainframe applications in both Batch and Online environments.
- Strong proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
- Proven ability to design solutions across multiple systems or sub-systems.
- Must be located in the Washington DC Metro area (DC / MD / VA) for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of IBM Connect:Direct for file transfers.
- Proficiency in Software AG’s NaturalONE Eclipse-based development environment.
- Experience with IBM MQ, Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow.
