Salary: $170,000 – $250,000

What you will do

• Build and scale the data platform to turn GTM signals into reliable, auditable workflows.
• Design queues and workers for enrichment, routing, assignment, and activation.
• Integrate external data sources and APIs across CRM, sales engagement, and intent vendors.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to turn experiments into reusable platform primitives.
• Debug production issues across Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, AWS, and downstream systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 2+ years of experience building data platforms, backend systems, or data/ML infrastructure.
• Deep experience with analytical data systems like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, dbt, or Spark.
• Track record of owning complex, end-to-end systems serving real users.
• Strong judgment regarding data modeling, schema evolution, and system maintainability.
• Strong debugging instincts and a focus on data reliability.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dagster for orchestration.
• Experience with AWS Batch and Lambda for background processing.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Terraform and GitHub Actions.
