• Educate provider staff on clinical quality measures, documentation standards, and BCBST policies.
• Analyze trends and translate data into meaningful improvements for line of business quality programs.
• Travel to provider offices approximately 60% of the time to support operations and provider success.
• Update policies and procedures in collaboration with leadership to enhance program efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA, with preference for West Tennessee residents.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in quality improvement within the healthcare industry.
• 1+ year of comprehensive knowledge in Medicare, HEDIS, and CMS Stars programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time for business needs.
