TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (Labs): Proactively manage enterprise lab clients as the primary technical contact, stabilizing and scaling customers’ IT environments while de-risking churn and supporting recurring revenue growth. Focus on pre-upgrade reviews, complex troubleshooting across integrated lab workflows, and translating technical initiatives into business outcomes during QBRs.

What you will do

  • Own technical relationships for enterprise accounts and build long-lasting client partnerships.
  • Run pre-upgrade reviews (hardware specs, server/client setup, scanner compatibility) and coordinate enterprise-scale upgrades.
  • Provide infrastructure blueprints and maintain an integration tracker for LMS/ERP connections, cross-lab workflows, and onboarding.
  • Troubleshoot complex product and integrated workflow issues, including network and installation challenges, and recommend configurations and best practices.
  • Support renewals and expansion (LabCare, additional seats/scanners) by ensuring infrastructure stability and scalability.
  • Lead QBRs and act as a voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Sales, Support, and Academy.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise technical account management, customer success, or technical project management.
  • Deep hands-on understanding of hirify.global’s Lab products, services, and integrated workflows.
  • Strong IT architecture knowledge (server/client networking, databases, cloud migrations) and familiarity with ERP/LIS integrations (plus).
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
  • US-based remote role with 30–50% travel (predominantly within North America).
