Location: Remote (Must be based in Philippines, LATAM, South Africa, Kenya, or similar regions; must be flexible with US EST/PST business hours).

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify target accounts including enterprise companies and healthcare providers.
  • Execute high-volume outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to secure discovery calls.
  • Manage and maintain detailed prospect records within Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Book qualified meetings for sales teams and handle initial prospect objections.
  • Own and nurture the sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
  • Track performance metrics and iterate on sales playbooks to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in sales development, B2B SaaS, or healthcare sales.
  • Fluent English with minimal or American accent is mandatory.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools like Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be available to work during US EST/PST business hours.

Nice to have

  • Background in medical device or healthcare product sales.
  • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 or large enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with AI/SaaS technology sectors.
  • Basic knowledge of sales engagement platforms like Instantly or Outreach.
