Focus on defining outbound strategy, messaging, and playbooks from the ground up while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product to accelerate B2B go-to-market success.

What you will do

  • Identify, research, and prospect target enterprise accounts across industries with a need for English communication and workforce language development.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume, highly personalized outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and video.
  • Develop tailored messaging and outreach strategies based on each prospect’s industry, workforce needs, and business goals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage outbound prospecting workflows and sales engagement tools to optimize sequences and cadences.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to share market insights and refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Meet and exceed targets for outbound activity, qualified meetings booked, and pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or another customer-facing role within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified meetings and pipeline with enterprise organizations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for compelling, personalized outreach.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools and workflows (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and help build scalable outbound processes and playbooks.
