What you will do

• Drive the review, remediation, and gap analysis of regulatory obligations and control mappings.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to evaluate and improve AI models for compliance.
• Pressure-test AI models to identify gaps and improve control evidencing.
• Educate and train personnel on regulatory requirements to foster a compliance-first culture.
• Support the delivery and success of external engagements with third parties.

Requirements

• 7+ years of regulatory experience with a focus on financial crime and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in regulatory compliance management within a bank or as a consultant.
• Demonstrable knowledge of reviewing regulatory requirements against existing controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into clear product requirements.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) or large language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with global financial crime frameworks.
