What you will do

• Provide regulatory advisory to Servicing, Collections, and Repayments teams regarding product changes and new initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and manage compliance-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams on corrective action plans.
• Develop and update compliance policies and procedures to align with FCRA, FDCPA, and other servicing regulations.
• Create and deliver training programs to ensure organizational awareness of regulatory requirements.
• Establish monitoring mechanisms and report compliance metrics and remediation efforts to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance and issues management, focusing on FCRA and FDCPA.
• In-depth knowledge of servicing, collections, and repayments regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex regulatory issues.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions for complex compliance issues.
• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
