TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Bilingual Spanish): Developing and nurturing business relationships and opportunities in target accounts with an accent on lead generation and outbound sales in a SaaS environment. Focus on prospecting, identifying decision-makers, and managing sales data within a hybrid work model based in the New York Metro Area.
Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area and work onsite in NYC office at least three days a week (Tuesday - Thursday)
Salary: $64,350 per year plus variable compensation

What you will do
- Prospect, identify, initiate, develop, and nurture business relationships and opportunities in target accounts to generate new business.
- Perform timely outbound calls and engage in other communication forms to prospect new opportunities.
- Identify key decision-makers and determine buying readiness and timelines.
- Capture and manage sales information, data, and metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute campaigns and support revenue funnel growth.
Requirements
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is mandatory
- 1+ years of lead generation or outbound sales experience.
- Strong interest or experience in SaaS organizations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, independent self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, shift priorities, and think creatively to solve problems.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience or knowledge in HR or HR tech platforms.
