What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technology, product, and corporate roles across all levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and craft strategic hiring plans.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, including sourcing, on-site interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Leverage and improve existing sourcing channels and employee referral programs.
- Implement AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing, candidate identification, and hiring efficiency.
- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a stellar candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical recruiting.
- Proven experience partnering with technical leadership throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and client relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for employer branding and innovative talent acquisition strategies.
