What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting with a primary focus on entry-level and early-career hires.
• Source and engage high-potential candidates (0-3 years experience) to build robust pipelines.
• Conduct high volumes of daily candidate screens while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and manage priorities.
• Track recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Promote the employer brand through outreach campaigns and referral initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois for onsite work.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple parallel processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with sourcing automation, outreach personalization, or AI-assisted tools.
