Salary: $115,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to closing across all functions.
• Develop talent maps and creative outbound motions to reach top-tier engineers and scientists.
• Represent the company mission and opportunity to high-value candidates.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
• Work in person at the office when not traveling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience at a top startup, early-stage tech company, or agency.
• Proven ability to manage fast timelines and multiple threads simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling candidate narratives.
• High sense of ownership over pipeline outcomes and candidate experience.
• Must be willing to work onsite in NYC, SF, or LA.
