Salary: OTE $105,000 – $160,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for core roles including Forward-Deployed Engineers and AI Strategists, from first touch to signed offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate abstract needs into concrete target lists and close plans.
• Develop deeply targeted sourcing strategies to identify elite talent before roles even open.
• Manage the candidate experience with extreme urgency, ensuring same-day follow-ups and rapid process movement.
• Utilize a modern agentic AI stack (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to automate and compress the recruiting funnel.
• Drive the offer process end-to-end, including extension, negotiation, and closing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience at a high-growth technology company or startup.
• Proven track record of hiring for complex, high-bar technical and strategy roles.
• Must be based in New York City for a full-time on-site role (5 days/week).
• Hands-on expertise with agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cowork, ChatGPT) for sourcing and screening.
• Strong written and verbal storytelling skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
• High ownership mindset with a builder's instinct and operational sharpness.

• Experience standing up recruiting processes and tooling from scratch as a team scales.
