What you will do
- Source key hires for R&D Engineering, Corporate, and Executive roles.
- Implement and build sourcing processes in collaboration with the recruiting team.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize the recruiting process and efficiency.
- Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other creative sourcing techniques.
- Support various departmental projects as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional sourcing experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of research and creative sourcing skills.
- Experience working with an ATS such as Taleo or Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Experience sourcing/recruiting in an OFCCP regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be located in or be able to work onsite in Irvine, CA.
