What you will do

• Source key hires for R&D Engineering, Corporate, and Executive roles.
• Implement and build sourcing processes in collaboration with the recruiting team.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize the recruiting process and efficiency.
• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other creative sourcing techniques.
• Support various departmental projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional sourcing experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of research and creative sourcing skills.
• Experience working with an ATS such as Taleo or Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Experience sourcing/recruiting in an OFCCP regulated environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be located in or be able to work onsite in Irvine, CA.
