What you will do

• Own end-to-end transformation engagements for strategic accounts, driving execution and accountability.
• Map existing workflows and collaborate with Legal Engineering to design high-value AI-integrated processes.
• Lead structured change management, including enablement sessions and monitoring adoption.
• Advise senior partners and C-suite leaders on AI-native operating models, governance, and KPIs.
• Manage account transitions to Customer Success with clear documentation of risks and outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of internal transformation methodologies and playbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting or senior client advisory at the Engagement Manager or Project Leader level.
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology deployments or change management in enterprise environments.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to lead conversations with senior partners and C-suite leaders.
• Strong program management instincts with a focus on driving outcomes and surfacing risks early.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its application in professional services.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
