What you will do

  • Own post-sale customer success and serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and advocacy.
  • Drive account renewals and identify opportunities to deepen and expand the product footprint.
  • Build scalable tooling, automation, and playbooks to optimize support efficiency.
  • Modify production code to fix bugs and build features that meet specific customer needs.
  • Enable customer self-sufficiency through tailored training sessions and documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in a technical, customer-facing role within a startup environment.
  • Strong technical foundation to troubleshoot production code, analyze API requests, and evaluate database states.
  • Eagerness to build scalable automation systems rather than implementing one-off fixes.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
  • High agency and ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Location: Must be based in San Francisco (On-site)

Nice to have

  • Experience in early-stage startup environments.
  • Background in writing production code or building internal tooling.
  • Experience owning commercial relationships or renewals.
  • Familiarity with IT, security, service management, or workflow automation.
