Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead post-technical win account strategies and execution plans for strategic customers to ensure successful platform adoption.
• Act as the primary technical lead for onboarding, enablement, and go-live of complex workloads.
• Collaborate with sales and field engineering to drive growth and maximize ROI for customers.
• Manage technical escalations with senior executives to resolve critical production issues.
• Develop and execute plans for product adoption, user growth, and cloud cost optimization.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams regarding new innovations and private previews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the Data and AI domain.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Background in customer-facing roles such as technical architecture, consulting, or customer success.
• Deep understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
