Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York City (In-person, 5 days/week)
Salary: $120,000 – $240,000

is building AI Agents to transform the global logistics industry by automating manual workflows in scheduling, data entry, and load management.
What you will do
- Own enterprise customer deployments end-to-end, from discovery and workflow design to go-live and long-term success.
- Translate complex business processes into executable AI agent workflows.
- Act as the executive point of contact for customers, managing deployment plans, timelines, risks, and communication.
- Partner with Agent Delivery Engineers to validate technical assumptions and configure agent use cases.
- Lead customer kickoffs, milestone reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Develop and scale repeatable onboarding and deployment playbooks to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Product, Engagement, Consulting, or as a Founder.
- Must be based in San Francisco or New York City for onsite work 5 days/week.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to reason about workflows, APIs, and system behavior.
- Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, JSON, and basic SQL literacy.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent, high-stakes projects in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with AI-driven or workflow automation products.

Hiring process
- Initial chat with Recruiter (30 min).
- Two separate interviews with team members (45 min each).
- Interview with the Hiring Manager (45 min).
