Salary: $120,000 – $240,000

hirify.global is building AI Agents to transform the global logistics industry by automating manual workflows in scheduling, data entry, and load management.

What you will do

• Own enterprise customer deployments end-to-end, from discovery and workflow design to go-live and long-term success.
• Translate complex business processes into executable AI agent workflows.
• Act as the executive point of contact for customers, managing deployment plans, timelines, risks, and communication.
• Partner with Agent Delivery Engineers to validate technical assumptions and configure agent use cases.
• Lead customer kickoffs, milestone reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Develop and scale repeatable onboarding and deployment playbooks to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Product, Engagement, Consulting, or as a Founder.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City for onsite work 5 days/week.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to reason about workflows, APIs, and system behavior.
• Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, JSON, and basic SQL literacy.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, high-stakes projects in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI-driven or workflow automation products.
