What you will do

• Architect hirify.global configurations integrated with customer GTM stacks, including CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level leaders to define scopes and deliverables.
• Facilitate the build of signals, bridges, enrichment, and automations to empower customers post-deployment.
• Manage engagements from kickoff to launch using structured project plans and steady check-in rhythms.
• Conduct hands-on training and live build sessions to ensure customers are capable of running the platform independently.
• Drive revenue growth by increasing adoption, stewarding renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, solutions consulting, professional services, or technical CSM roles within B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to build systems from scratch and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Data-driven mindset for setting health metrics and monitoring adoption.
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders from administrative levels to executives.
• Ability to leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to multiply personal output and efficiency.
• Must be based in New York City for full-time on-site work.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration or AI prompt design and integrations.
• Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or general GTM strategy.
• Previous experience in management consulting or agency environments.
• Experience selling into or working with the public sector.
