About the Role

You will manage candidate pipeline hygiene, coordinate interviews, communicate promptly with candidates, and maintain scorecards and business-case materials. You will identify process friction, support sourcing and screening, and use AI tools to improve outreach, research, and recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain candidate pipeline hygiene in Ashby
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates
• Maintain scorecards and business-case materials
• Identify process friction
• Use AI for outreach, note summaries, and research
• Support sourcing and screening with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and internal data
