Corporate Recruiter

Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, United States; office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with additional in-office days possible for team or company events.

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 annual base salary, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Source, recruit, and hire professionals across G&A and Marketing roles from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Build comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies using internal resources and market insights.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional recruiting partners.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, including offer extension, negotiation, and closing.
• Anticipate recruiting challenges, mitigate risks, and deliver solutions proactively.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize recruiting processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency and/or in-house environment.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
• Strong client and candidate experience, negotiation, closing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex searches, switch between roles, and operate effectively amid ambiguity.
• Business acumen with experience partnering with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives.
• Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies; Ashby experience is preferred.
