TL;DR
Senior Recruiter (AI): Building and operating outbound recruiting pipelines and talent acquisition infrastructure for AI, engineering, operations, and business roles with an accent on technical sourcing, ATS optimization, and AI-assisted recruiting. Focus on sourcing hard-to-fill candidates, improving Gem workflows and automation, and managing measurable full-cycle recruiting across the U.S. and Colombian markets.
Location: Remote only in Colombia, South America. The role is based out of the San Diego office and requires schedule flexibility.
Salary: $3,000–$4,000 per month

What you will do
- Source and contact 50+ qualified candidates per open role each week and complete 5–10 screening calls per role.
- Build outbound campaigns across LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, email, Wellfound, GitHub, Slack, Discord, and technical communities in the U.S. and Colombia.
- Own and optimize Gem ATS workflows, pipeline stages, automations, reporting, candidate data, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered recruiting tools and automation across sourcing, screening, outreach, and scheduling.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned technical, strategy, operations, and business roles.
- Track recruiting metrics, identify pipeline bottlenecks, and advise hiring managers and the Ops Manager.
Requirements
- Advanced English skills and bilingual English-Spanish communication are required.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially with AI engineers, software engineers, solutions engineers, or sales engineers.
- Experience sourcing and closing hard-to-fill technical roles across multiple functions.
- Hands-on experience with Gem or a comparable ATS, including workflows, automation, pipeline configuration, and reporting.
- Experience with outbound, multi-channel sourcing campaigns and strong written communication.
- The role is remote only from Colombia, South America.

- Experience recruiting for AI, technology, or professional services companies.
- Experience building or rebuilding a recruiting technology stack.
- Experience sourcing across U.S. and Latin American markets.
- Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI tools in recruiting workflows.
