What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Applied AI Program and AI Assistant development.
• Drive the adoption of advanced prompt engineering and reusable templates across enterprise AI platforms.
• Lead the division's business intelligence function, overseeing data lifecycle management and analytics strategy.
• Design and deploy human-in-the-loop AI solutions within a controlled, risk-averse governance framework.
• Partner with Technology and Risk teams to modernize data architecture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to deliver scalable AI and BI products.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in applied AI, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Proven track record in AI solution design, prompt engineering, and responsible AI deployment.
• Demonstrated leadership in BI programs, including data governance and self-service tool adoption.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
• Experience presenting business cases with ROI analysis and KPI frameworks to senior leadership.
• Exceptional collaboration skills within a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services operations.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code development platforms for workflow automation.
