What you will do

• Build and coach a team of Applied AI Engineers serving Enterprise Tech customers.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor for strategic customers deploying products on Claude.
• Guide architecture design, evaluation strategies, and advanced prompting/agentic patterns.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Scale recurring design patterns and prototypes into segment-wide assets.
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape the product roadmap based on field signals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical roles (Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, etc.) including team leadership.
• Production experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and MCP.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience engaging with senior technical stakeholders such as CTOs and founders.
• Must be able to work from SF or NYC offices at least 25% of the time.
