What you will do

• Architect agentic AI systems and multi-agent frameworks using LLMs, RAG, and orchestration patterns to automate finance workflows.
• Develop high-impact predictive models, including time series forecasting and attrition prediction, to drive financial planning.
• Build scalable AI/ML systems using software engineering best practices, including API development and modular design.
• Establish and enforce MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and governance of production AI systems.
• Define the technical direction for AI/ML initiatives within the finance organization and mentor other data specialists.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, software engineering, and AI engineering with a record of deploying production systems.
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling, specifically time series forecasting and customer churn.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML/AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Strong experience with AWS, distributed systems, and MLOps practices.
• Solid software engineering foundation, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Expertise in multi-agent orchestration and autonomous workflows.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search architectures.
• Deep understanding of responsible AI, including model alignment and bias mitigation.
