What you will do

• Design and build production-grade AI systems, including agents and RAG pipelines, integrated into the analytics platform.
• Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure quality, safety, and regression across LLM-based features.
• Optimize inference performance, throughput, and cost across the serving stack including caching and model selection.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI features from prompt engineering to online evaluation and stakeholder communication.
• Build the application layer around foundation models, including orchestration, tool use, memory, and guardrails.
• Fine-tune and adapt foundation models when necessary to align with product strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping complex, production-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based features including prompt engineering, tool calling, and agentic workflows.
• Strong coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript with experience in modern AI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural patterns for production LLM systems, including observability and cost optimization.
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector stores like Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Must be based in the United States.
