Senior Customer Trainer

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; on-site role with travel to customer locations up to 60% of the time.

Salary: $87,990–$149,590 per year, plus potential performance bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver training on hirify.global products, services, and mortgage industry knowledge to support insurance sales.
• Consult with customers to identify skill gaps, operational challenges, and emerging training needs.
• Design training methodologies, program structures, instructional materials, and customized learning content.
• Translate industry changes, underwriting trends, and investor requirements into practical customer learning experiences.
• Monitor trainee progress and evaluate competency in applying new skills and technologies.
• Partner with Market Engagement, Sales, and Account Managers to create valuable customer programs while managing training costs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage insurance, mortgage lending, underwriting, or a related financial services environment.
• Current knowledge of underwriting, investor, and government business environments.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing training programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, written communication, and content development skills.
• Ability to present effectively to frontline staff, senior leaders, and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and consult subject matter experts to verify technical information.

• Experience with virtual learning platforms, digital content creation tools, learning technologies, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
