What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic new logo acquisition plans for large enterprise accounts, identifying high-value opportunities.
  • Build account prioritization frameworks based on whitespace mapping, customer propensity, and ICP fit.
  • Apply sales methodologies like MEDDPICC to manage complex deal cycles and align with customer objectives.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level decision-makers as a business transformation advisor.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting process for medium to large complex accounts to mitigate risk.
  • Customize hirify.global's offerings to address intricate business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or technical selling (or equivalent based on degree).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Must be based in Spain.
  • Proven experience in enterprise-level strategic sales.
  • Extensive experience in new logo acquisition within the software development ecosystem.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale.
  • Expertise in crafting comprehensive proposals for diverse sets of accounts.
  • Experience aligning cross-functional strategies to deliver a seamless customer experience.
